Aside from the obvious, when you are not using your RV, it is not sitting idol. It is being used by one of the other owners. There are companies that completely stock the motor coach before you ever set foot in it. This includes food, drink, and other necessities. You have the choice at the end of the arrangement to take your equity, or roll it over into a new program. Generally these RVs are sold and the owners split the equity.
